Highway Cleaning

The Athletic Training Student Club conducted the monthly cleaning of its section of the 210 Freeway in La Verne. After the work, the crew paused for a photo by the new sign acknowledging the club's efforts.

Ruiz and Crabb "Above & Beyond"

Roberto (Bobby) Ruiz and Jennifer Crabbe are the recipients of the inaugural "Above & Beyond" award, which will fund all expenses to travel to the 2008 FWATA Convention in Burlingame, CA; and the NATA Convention in St. Louis, MO. The award is the results of efforts by ULV Alum Ben Torres to ensure ULV ATEP students had the opportunity to benefit from professional experiences, and is funded by a generous grant by the Casa Colina Centers for Rehabiliation. Recipients are chosen by the ATEP faculty and staff for "Above and Beyond" performance in the classroom, clinical experiences, and professional opportunities.

Bailey-Arnheim Games Champions!

Athletic Training Student Club representatives captured the team title at the Second Annual Bailey-Arnheim Games. The event, hosted by Cal State Long Beach, tests students in athletic training skills in friendly competition and in rivalry.
