The Leadership Connection was designed specifically to provide research and professional development for La Verne alumni and associates. The Leadership Connection provides on-going learning, professional development, and networks necessary for successful leaders.
The Leadership Connection encourages and supports the formation of learning communities that meet regularly to learn together and to encourage one another in the work of leadership.
The Leadership Connection provides learning resources, seminars, coaching, and consulting services in support of leaders dedicated to making transformational changes in their organizations. Leadership Connection retreats and colloquia create time and space for personal reflection and renewal, stress reduction, and building of networks supporting healthy and compelling leadership.
