Any prospective adult learner looking to obtain a bachelor’s degree through adult accelerated (CAPA) on main campus, a regional campus, or via La Verne Online is encouraged to submit a request for this free evaluation.
To conduct this evaluation, you will need to submit:
- Unofficial evaluation request form
- General (pdf)
- Child Development (pdf)
- Online programs (pdf)
- All academic transcripts (unofficial or official)

Results
Upon completion, your unofficial evaluation can either be emailed or sent to you via U.S. Mail. After receiving the evaluation, your La Verne representative will be available at (800) 695-4858 to answer any questions.
You are now ready to submit an application for admission along with your official transcripts to the University. Our staff will assist you in this process.
