College of Arts and Sciences
The College of Arts & Sciences is the historic core of the University of La Verne. The College’s faculty engage students in an education that prepares graduates to think critically and creatively about local, national, and global problems. All our majors provide students with the foundation of a liberal arts education, give them opportunities to reflect on values and questions of meaning, and hone their skills to meet the challenges of the 21st-century workplace. But a degree from the College is more than preparation for a career–it is preparation for a full, rich, and rewarding life.
