central campus, including those from the Campus Accelerated Program for Adults (CAPA), students enrolled at regional campuses, online and through additional off-campus programs.

Building Bridges and Coalition: The Power of Intersectionality

The Center for Educational Equity and Intercultural Research (CEEIR) situated within the LaFetra College of Education (LFCE) at the University of La Verne, fosters advocacy for social justice and empowerment through education, research, and collaboration. Building upon the work of Paulo Freire, social emancipation learning is encompassed in developing educators who can apply research-based approaches while maintaining the social consciousness to address inequities in current educational structures. "Neurotypical" Film Screening

"Neurotypical" parallels the lives of three individuals on the autismspectrum, each facing pivotal stages of growth. By exploring thebehavioral and perceptual differences of autistics, the definition of normal comes into question. "Neurotypical" ultimately broadens theconcept of what it means to be human.”
