For the second straight year, the Administrative Professional Personnel Committee is sponsoring the much-needed school supply drive and asking the University of La Verne ... Read more community, local organizations and houses of worship to donate supplies to IVHP for local school age (K-12) children.

The most-needed supplies requested are as follows:

Backpacks
#2 Pencils
Pens
Three-ring-binders
Highlighters
Spiral notebooks
Colored pencils
Crayons
Loose leaf and copy paper
Calculators
Rulers
Index cards
Hand sanitizer
Planners
Pocket folders
Anything else school children would need

Donations can be dropped off at the followingcollection sites: Campus Center – First Floor, College of Law, Ontario, Regional Campus Administration (Enrollment Management Building), University Advancement, Woody Hall – Lobby, Wilson Library – Lobby, and Leo Hall – Christy Ranells’ Office. Donations will be delivered to Inland Valley Hope Partners as they come in.

School supplies will be given to the children that reside in the Inland Valley Hope Partners shelter and will also be distributed to its four food banks.

Organized by Carrie Lewis Hasse, Assistant Dean for Advising and Retention Services in Regional Campus Administration,the drive will run from now until September 14.
