Bright Lights L.A. is an agency that hosts hybrid events, promoting fashion and music throughout Los Angeles. On Sept. 25 at the Silver Factory Studios, Bright Lights L.A. will be hosting a runway show with designs provided by U.S. Rags and music by Mr. Loveless, De Hombres, the Nightbirds, and Xanimo.
