The first rainy day of the season Tuesday was the day everyone anticipated after the long lingering heat wave of the summer. Students walked around in the rain unlike any other day while others carried umbrellas and sought shelter whenever possible. The newest roof on the Campus Center, was a good shelter area from the rain. However, the wet climate did not last long, temperatures are expected to exceed 80 degrees this weekend. / photo by Cindy Harder
