Harris Gallery

“Someone Told Me You’d Be Here” will be on exhibit from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays through Dec. 2 at the Harris Art Gallery. This two-artist exhibit featuring the work of Erin Dunn and Kyle Riedel explores the visual environment using a broad range of media. Admission is free.

‘Sport of My Mad Mother’

The theater arts department is presenting “The Sport of My Mad Mother” opening at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Dailey Theatre. The play breaks from traditional play styles, integrating gang fights, song and dance to create an experience for mature audiences only. Tickets are $10 general admission and $5 for students.

Bill Cunliffe

The Fall Music Series continues at 8 p.m. Friday as acclaimed composer and jazz pianist Bill Cunliffe performs swing and jazz pieces. The performance will be held at the Boston Court Performing Arts Center in the Marjorie Branson Performance Space. Tickets cost $15- $25. For more information, visit bostoncourt.org.

Cold War Kids

James Fuller

Through the remainder of the school year, the Marian Miner Cook Athenaeum at Claremont McKenna College will play host to landscape watercolors created by James Fuller, professor emeritus at Scripps College.
