Sleight ends four-year Leopard career

Senior libero Chelsea Sleight finished a successful four-year volleyball career at La Verne with 1,975 digs. Her best season came in 2009 when she led the team with 862 digs. In 2008 Sleight helped lead the Leopards to a National Championship win against Emory. She will graduate in the spring with a degree in speech communication. After graduation Sleight plans to attend nursing school or pursue a career in speech therapy. / photo by Scott Mirimanian
