‘Gypsy Passion’

The Department of Music is sponsoring, “Gypsy Passion, Michael Ryan and Friends” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the Morgan Auditorium. The music is inspired by the passionate flair of the Spanish guitar, all played by Ryan, professor of music. “Gypsy Passion” will also feature flamenco dancers, Claudia de la Cruz and Kathy Soderlund. Music Festival

Join the masses for a music and arts adventure from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday in the Pomona Arts District. Along with various musicians, there will be arts and crafts for children, food and a beer and wine garden. Tickets range in price from $20 to $30 and children under 4 feet tall get in free before 3 p.m. For more information visit

Art Walk in Claremont

The city of Claremont is holding its monthly art walk from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. tonight. The walk will include the art exhibits at the packing house and participating Claremont Village businesses. For more information, visit the Events page at
