LaVernapalooza

ASULV and the Campus Activities Board are presenting the second annual LaVernapalooza spring concert, featuring LMFAO, at 8 p.m. on May 12. Traditional full-time undergraduate students can pick up their free ticket in the Office of Student Life. General admission tickets cost $20. For more information call 909-593-3511, ext. 4485.

Harris Gallery

The exhibit “Inside-Out” is on display at the Harris Gallery until April 28. It is a group exhibition by Southern California artists. The Harris Gallery is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Writers Workshop

The ASC is putting on a “Writers (Un)Blocked” workshop at noon today in conference rooms C and D on the third floor of the Campus Center. Students of all levels are invited to attend. For more information email chinton@laverne.edu.

L.A. Opera Young Artists

The young artists of the L.A. Opera will perform at 7:30 p.m. on April 16 in Morgan Auditorium.

‘The Colored Museum’

The play “The Colored Museum” will be performed at 8p.m. tonight, Saturday, and Sunday in Seaver Theatre at Pomona College. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for students, staff and seniors. For more information visit theatre.pomona.edu.

‘Oxhide II’

Director Liu Jiayin will show and discuss her movie “Oxhide II” at 7:30 p.m. on Monday at Rose Hills Theater at Pomona College. For more information call 909-621-8283.
