La Verne junior Paul Turner leaps for first place with a distance of 15.15 meters in the triple jump at the SCIAC Championships Saturday at Redlands. It was his second top finish in two years. Turner also took first place in the long jump with a distance of 7.58 meters. / photo by Zachary Horton
