The theater department will present “Mirandolina: Mistress of the Inn” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in Dailey Theatre. General admission is $5 and student admission is $3.
‘Spirit of Ireland’
Michael Ryan and Friends will present “Spirit Of Ireland: An Evening of Music, Song and Dance” at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow in Morgan Auditorium. General admission is $15 and student admission is $5.
The music department will host a week-long piano festival from Monday through March 17 with recitals at 8 p.m. each night in Morgan Auditorium. Admission is free for students and $10 for the general public.
The theater department will present a series of 15 minute original student-directed shows at 5:30 p.m. March 11 and 12 outside Morgan Auditorium, 6 p.m. on March 13 in the Arts and Communications Building, and 6 p.m. on March 14 in the Jane Dibbell Cabaret. Admission is free.
The Honors Program will present California Poet Laureate Emeritus Al Young who will give his lecture “Can Poetry Save the Planet?” at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the Campus Center Ballroom. Admission is free.
Art and Graffiti
The sociology and anthropology department will host “Empowerment Through Art and Graffiti” from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 15 in Sneaky Park and 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Campus Center Ballroom.
