‘Divinity Degenerate’

The Tall Wall Space is presenting Mark Dean Veca’s installation project, “Divinity Degenerate,” through May 30. The reception for the exhibit will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 24 in the Arts and Communica­tions Buil­ding. Admission is free.

Film Festival

The Cultural Arts Society of La Verne will present a student film festival at 7 p.m. Sept. 26 in the Meeting House at Hillcrest Homes at 2705 Mountain View Drive in La Verne. The event is free and open to the public.

‘Out of the Rubble’

The Harris Gallery is hosting a thematic show, “Out of Rubble,” with Susanne Slavick as guest curator. The reception will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Oct. 22 in the gallery. Admission is free.

First Friday Art Reception

The Buddhamouse Em­por­ium will present a reception for “Family Archetypes,” a father/daughter mixed media work from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday. The gallery is located at 134 Yale Ave. in Claremont. For more information call 909-626-3322.

Ke$ha

Assuming We Survive
