Wilson Library opens for finals

As finals week approaches, students flock to Wilson Library on Wednesday. The library will remain open 24 hours a day until the end of finals Dec. 14. The library has 70 study carrels, 52 computers and nine laptops available for checkout. The whiteboard at the entrance boasts student services including stress release sessions and the Learning Enhancement Center’s study tips seminars. The staff offers coffee and tea at 11 p.m. for students. Starting at 10 p.m., the staff counts the number of students in the library until 7 a.m. Tuesday night, the number of students started at 77 and dwindled down to 10 in the early morning hours. / photo by Helen Arase
