Presidents’ Day

The University will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents’ Day.

Club Workshop

Sessions to help clubs function better and understand University policies will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Campus Center Ballroom and from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Hanawalt House.

Volunteer Tax Assistance

Free tax services for eligible taxpayers are available at the University through the College of Business and Public Management. To make an appointment call 909-448-4028 or email vita@laverne.edu.

Spirit La Verne

Nominations for the Spirit of La Verne Award end March 3. Visit laverne.edu/spiritoflaverneawards/ to vote for the individual or group that best represents La Verne’s core values.

Counseling Center

Connolly Counseling and Assessment will provide students with counseling services beyond the University’s 10 session limit.

TED Talk

A TED talk will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Garrison Theater at Scripps College in Claremont. The theme of the talks will be “Unexpected Narratives.”
