Food trucks flood the Pomona Fairplex every Thursday through the first week of August. The Food Truck festival is a weekly event for people who enjoy the L.A. fad of mobile food. The vendor line up changes every week as many different trucks pull up to sell to hungry crowds. Their unique dishes range from garlic fries to lobster tacos leaving options open for all festival attendees. Trucks such as My Tornado Potato, Gourmet Genie, Slammin Sliders and Macho Nacho can be found at the Fairplex, among other trucks. The event is held from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and there is no admission fee. / photo by Veronica Orozco
