Rachel Gordon, Schelcy Nava and Chantal Croutzel file a police report with La Verne Police Department Officer Marty Weinreb after a large oak branch fell on Croutzel’s Ford Explorer and another car outside the Stu-Han Residence Hall shortly before noon Monday. The stakes were high Friday with two Disneyland tickets up for grabs as Ana Esguer, Erin Langston and Stephen Cundiff went head-to-head in a game of Disney Scene-It, a movie trivia game based solely on on Disney films. Road work can be seen along San Dimas Avenue, south of the 210 Freeway at the cross section of Allen Avenue in San Dimas. The City of San Dimas is among several local recipients of grants from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
