Snow fall hits San Gabriel Mountains
North of the University of La Verne, high in the San Gabriel Mountains lies a large carved “L” built to be the highest university initial in the United States. The letter “L” was constructed by the student body in 1919. Engineers Isaac Funderburgh, Davis Bomberger, George HollenBerg and Carl Rexrod used dormitory sheets to lay out the letter and then returned to the campus to view the results....

Lisa Saye was invited to present at the 22nd General Assembly and Conference on Public Governance in Challenging Economic Times: Human Resource Development at the Battlefront. The October conference was held in Seoul, South Korea. Saye, Assistant Professor of Public Administration is in her second year at the University of La Verne.
