Spring has begun and along with a new semester the season also brings spring athletics.
The men’s water polo team finished the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with a 3-7 record and placed sixth in the tournament with a 1-2 record.
On senior day Saturday the Leopards lost both of their games at Las Flores Park, with an emotional 10-9 loss to the Whittier Poets and a 12-7 loss to the Vanguard Lions.

After ending last season with a record of 7-24 overall and 3-7 in their conference, the men’s water polo team has high hopes on making it to the top four this season.
Although the Leopards lost the first two games of the SCIAC Championship tournament, they finished their season strong with a win against Caltech 13-5.
It has been a tough season for the women’s water polo team, finishing conference play with a 1-6 record.
