Cal Lutheran swept the Leopards in a three game series last weekend. The Kingsmen took game one 5-1, game two 4-2 and game three 7-1.
The softball team earned its spot in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Postseason Tournament by winning a doubleheader over Pomona-Pitzer April 19 at Wheeler Park. La Verne took the first game, 6-1, and the second game, 3-2.
