Christina Collins Burton, Editor in Chief As a freshman at the University of La Verne, I was absolutely terrified and excited for what would happen in my four years here. I was stuck saying “Yes, sir” and “Yes, ma’am” for about a year and a half before I learned that professors are people too. I have not been the wild and crazy type and parties were foreign to me until my sophomore year....

Clean campus, one spot at a time
Nikita Lalla, Jacky Duran, Grace Futch and Erica Castellanos of Psi Chi pick up trash out of the tree duff in front of the Campus Center on Nov. 5. Psi Chi is one of the clubs participating in the “Adopt-A-Spot” program sponsored by Associated Student of the University of La Verne to help keep the campus clean. Each club has a sign in front of their location around campus to designate their spot....
