This January the University of La Verne will unveil the renovated Founders Auditorium. Completion of the long-anticipated revamp of this historic performance hall will be accompanied by a renaming of the hall after University President Steve Morgan and his wife, Ann.
The influx of new students, and expectations that this year’s enrollment increase will hold steady has created the need for additional on-campus housing.

The new University of La Verne Campus Center was recently awarded a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design silver certification for its environmentally sustainable construction, making it the first building in La Verne to receive this recognition.
Founders Auditorium, the largest place for convocations and concerts on campus and also perhaps the most in need of architectural upgrades will finally get a facelift beginning this spring. The University has committed $2.5 million to the renovation and another $1.75 million is expected through donations.
The University of La Verne commemorated the new Sara and Michael Abraham Campus Center building with a grand opening ceremony Sept. 10.
