By now most students have seen, or at least heard of, the ULV Confessions page on Facebook. After being banned twice, it looks like the third installment of the confessionals will be alive for a bit longer due to stricter regulations set by the anonymous administrator.
In the digital age, lawmakers struggle to retain our right to speak freely, but they now find themselves caught in an even more difficult spot: How to address the dilemma of cyber bullying.
Bullying has moved out of the playground and onto the screen, causing cases of cyberbullying to increase in number and severity each year.
