The bleachers were wrapped with green and orange streamers to show University spirit and honor the softball team’s seniors as part of Senior Recognition Day on Saturday at Wheeler Park.

The Leopards fell to top ranked Redlands in a doubleheader March 10 at Wheeler Park, but regained their footing after spring break with a doubleheader sweep over Hamline University, Monday at Wheeler Park.

The Leopards clinch a 5-4 win over the Lake Superior State Lakers on Wednesday at Wheeler Park.

After an impressive 2011 season, the softball team looks to take it all this year.
