Rainy weather and chilly winds did nothing to dampen the Leopard pride of students, alumni and their families for the University of La Verne’s Homecoming fair Saturday.
On a cold misty Saturday morning dozens of people gathered in Sneaky Park for the University of La Verne’s Athletic Training Education Program’s 5K Fun Run.

The lights dimmed, the applause came to a slow stop and the scene crew set up a brick wall dividing the stage. Thus began an unexpected tale of romance as “The Romancers,” a play directed by theater arts major Zachary Green began Wednesday night in Dailey Theatre.

Homecoming for the football team Saturday was very welcoming as the Leopards walked away with a convincing 30-21 victory over Chapman.
