Martial arts demonstration promotes wellness
Students were treated to a tutorial in defensive martial arts Wednesday in Sneaky Park. Sparring partners Nikki Horton and Brett Aldrich demonstrate how to use Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to fend off attackers while applying advanced submission techniques such as the arm bar, triangle hold and guillotine.
