Three recent La Verne alumni and former Campus Times editors were honored this month by the Society of Professional Journalists for stories published in the Campus Times in 2012.

With the school year coming to an end, the communications department is already gearing up for fall 2011 – preparing new leaders for its media outlets the Campus Times, La Verne Magazine and LeoFM.

This semester the La Verne Magazine is under the leadership of its new editor in chief, Angie Marcos.

The communications department has selected Kristen Campbell to take the reins as editor in chief of the Campus Times, Samantha Sincock as editor in chief of La Verne Magazine and Courtney Gooden as the program director for LeoFM.
