The Fox Theater in Pomona rattled with bass Thursday night as exuberant students and locals jumped to the beats of DJ Earworm, Mike Posner and B.o.B at La Verne’s annual LaVernapalooza.

The fourth annual LaVernapalooza concert has finally been decided and B.o.B. will be performing for the Leos. However, not everyone is happy about the decision of this year’s performer.

On Jan. 16, the ASULV Facebook page surprised students by announcing that the 4th annual LaVernapalooza will be “going country.”

University of La Verne students gathered at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fox Theatre in Pomona to celebrate the third annual Lavernapolooza concert with opener Kendrick Lamar and headliner J.Cole.

The Campus Accelerated Program for Adults was created to address the specific needs of students over the age of 25. If they are coming back to attend college, why are they not allowed to participate in all of the college campus activities, that traditional undergraduates can?
