Drought cancels Mt. Baldy ski season
After record-breaking rains in February, Mt. Baldy still has not received enough snow to open for ski season. In prior years, the mountain would have normally received 40 inches of snow by this time. But this year, it has received only a fraction of that amount. Heroes move mountains to aid disabled vets

Liz Ortiz Staff Writer The Heroes Project hosted their annual Climb for Heroes at Mount Baldy on Sunday in order to raise money to send veteran Charlie Linville to Mount Everest.
