Cheryl Himebauch, a San Dimas resident, and Nancy Burton, a La Verne resident, cheer to a good night in Gina T Home at the “Sip of La Verne” Wine Walk last Saturday. The wine tasting provided ticket holders with a map, 12 tasting tickets and a glass. Patrons chose from 23 businesses serving wine in downtown La Verne. With a change in management came a change in name. The location that formerly housed Angel’s place, a Greek restaurant, now features Spooners. Spooners is the new restaurant on D Street in La Verne.
