“Luck of the Leos,” a celebration of Irish culture hosted by the Campus Activities Board, drew nearly 150 students to check out live entertainment and dancing Wednesday at Sneaky Park.

The luck of the Irish was not present at the Fairplex’s annual IrishFest as attendance was low, but that did not stop festival attendees from having a fun time last weekend.
The end of spring break was celebrated with a bang at CAB’s St. Patrick’s Day event on Monday afternoon in Davenport Dining Hall.
Davenport Dining Hall temporarily left the University of La Verne grounds and was carried away to a pub off the coast of the Emerald Isle. The Campus Activities Board put together this foot-stomping good time from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in honor of next week’s St. Patrick’s Day.
Davenport Dining Hall was active with hungry students and faculty with bluegrass Celtic music playing March 10 at the St. Patty’s Day Celebration put on by the Campus Activities Board.
The Residence Housing Association’s St. Patrick’s Day dance on Tuesday was a success with students from all over campus arriving at Davenport in the evening.
If you had exchanged the Powerade and pizza slices for a pint of Guinness and a meat pie Wednesday, you may have thought you were in Ireland.
