Students have always dreaded finals week and at the University of La Verne it is no different. Everywhere you turn students are stressing, cramming and procrastinating.

With finals week approaching, students have many ways to prepare, deal with stress and make sure they pass their classes.

At approximately 1 p.m. Monday, Wilson Library was evacuated due to a fire alarm being set off.

Sister Mary Dennis Peters, resource librarian for the Wilson Library, died Sept. 28 after slipping into unconsciousness following a heart attack. She was 85.

More than 20 faculty members who presented their published works on Faculty Book Day in the Wilson Library surprised students and staff with their research.
