La Verne Community Television to Tape a Show, Halloween Spooktacular

La Verne Community Television (LVTV-3) will tape a show called Halloween Spooktacular on 3rd Street in Old Town La Verne. This interactive TV program will be recorded on Saturday, October 31, 2:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. in Maniero Square. On the day of the show, residents can stop by the Maniero Square and be on the show.

This spontaneous TV show invites community members to drop in for trick or treats, to tell a scary story or a Halloween joke on TV. Skits, Halloween theme videos and surprise guests will also be featured. The winners of the Halloween Coloring Contest will also be announced on the show.

La Verne resident, Jennifer Barlow and Local Comedian, Yak Manrique will host Halloween Spooktacular.

The event is free and open to the public. Come dressed in costumes and be on TV.

Halloween Spooktacular is put on in conjunction with the City of La Verne Old Town Merchants Safe Trick-Or-Treating.

The show will be cablecast during the Halloween weekend and in November on LVTV-3, Time Warner Cable.
