Harris Art Gallery Presents La Verne’s ‘CAMPUS’ Art Collection

“CAMPUS” is the latest art exhibition to make its home at the University of La Verne’s Harris Art Gallery. Showcasing selections from La Verne’s art collection, the exhibit will run April 16 through May 30. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.

A reception will be hosted on Tuesday, April 23 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. CAMPUS discovers and rediscovers the rich, culturally diverse art that adorns the walls, hallways and landscapes of La Verne’s campus. Ranging from figuration to abstraction and from intimate detail to monumental scale, CAMPUS features a rich cross-section of artists.

When: Tuesday April 23, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. (Reception)
Exhibit will run until May 30, 2013

Where: Harris Art Gallery at the University of La Verne
1950 Third Street, La Verne, Calif.

Gallery Hours: Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and by appointment.

Details:  This exhibition features works by Kris Chatterson, Martin Durazo, Seth Kaufman, Ruby Osorio, Kelly Sears, Kim Schoenstadt, Lorenzo Hurtado Segovia, Macha Suzuki, Robin Szidak, Melissa Thorne, Phillip K. Smith, III, Jennifer Vanderpool, Eric Zammitt and Almond Zigmund.
