Transportation/Request a Van

To request the use of a University Van or Van Rental contact the following Campus Safety personnel:

• Laura Avalos, Campus Safety Officer at Extension 4764; or
• Jeff Clark, Assistant Director of Campus Safety at Extension 4959

Please provide us with date(s), time needed, and your destination. We need 48 hour notice for all transportation requests.

*ALL DRIVERS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY SUBMITTING AN "AUTHORIZED DRIVER FORM" TO THE CAMPUS SAFETY DEPARTMENT.
