Our Public Relations team’s mission is to proactively facilitate awareness and recognition of the University through strategic communications, information dissemination and outreach to the campus community and beyond to the general public.
We manage consistency in messaging and image relating to the excellence and achievements of University students, faculty, staff, projects and programs; act as liaison to members of the media; and advise the University President and administration regarding the media, internal and external communications, issues, decisions, programs and trends.
Using effective and efficient communications, we evaluate public attitudes, advise on organizational policies and procedures, and formulate and execute action plans.

Our team is your point of contact for news and events relating to the University, its people, programs, activities and history. We are here to assist you with information, ideas, access, and arranging opportunities to meet and speak with La Verne students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni and associates.
