Winter Commencement 2014

  • February 4, 2014

The University of La Verne’s 2014 Winter Commencement on Feb. 1 consisted of a trio of ceremonies, each featuring a notable keynote speaker – Steve Carlston, NBC4 Los Angeles (KNBC) President and General Manager; Peggy Redman, La Fetra Family Endowed Chair for Excellence in Teaching and Service; and Nancy Reagan, Vice President of Global Walmart for Campbell’s Soup Company.

All three ceremonies took place in the University’s Sports Science & Athletics Pavilion in front of audiences filled with family and friends as well as those viewing the live stream video feed on the Internet.

Winter Commencement honored undergraduate and graduate candidates from the La Verne campus — including those from the Campus Accelerated Program for Adults (CAPA) — as well as students studying at regional campuses and via La Verne Online overseen by Regional & Online Campuses (ROC).
