| Catering | Outside food is acceptable, but for all events requesting food services, please contact catering@laverne.edu. |
| Risk Management | All events on university property need to provide a certificate of insurance.
If you need to purchase a one-time certificate of insurance for your private event please review the Insurance and Indemnification Statement. For additional insurance/risk management information, please contact Alex Soto in the the Office of Risk Management Office at (909) 448-4516. |
| Campus Safety and Transportation | For information regarding Campus Safety please visit the Office of Campus Safety.

| Housekeeping | Sodexo is the university’s contracted housekeeping services. For information about cleaning services please contact the Housekeeping Department at (909) 448-4675. Please see the Custodial Services Agreement for information/cost for events requiring cleaning services. |
| Athletic Space | If interested in reserving any athletic space, contact Cres Gonzalez at (909) 448-4581. |
| Facilities | If you reserved an outdoor space and are requesting the graffiti boards, contact the Help Desk at (909) 448-4130 to setup a delivery and pickup time. |
