The student is responsible for the payment of any outstanding balance on his or her student account. All tuition, fees, room and board charges are due by the deadlines listed under\u00a0Important Deadline Dates<\/a>. \u00a0Students who register after the due date are required to make payment at the time of registration.<\/p>\n

The online student account serves as the official student bill and will reflect the charges, credits and amounts due. It is the responsibility of the student to view their student account online for their balance and make the appropriate arrangements for payment to be received by the\u00a0deadline date<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The tuition charged a student will be the rate which is current for the primary program of study in which the student is enrolled, regardless of the course in which the student enrolls. The University reserves the right to make changes to all published rates of tuition and fees at any time without prior written notice.<\/p>\n

Financial Responsibility Agreement<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

The Financial Responsibility Agreement is a financial commitment from the student to pay tuition and fee charges associated with enrollment, in exchange for the education and other benefits provided by the University of La Verne.\u00a0 The agreement outlines the university\u2019s guidelines and procedures for payment, holds, the employment of collection agencies, contact methods and procedures as well as tax document delivery methods.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All students are required to accept the University of La Verne Financial Responsibility Agreement prior to registration.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>To ensure that you are considering your finances each semester, the agreement must be signed twice a year during registration for Summer\/Fall and Spring\/Jan Term.\u00a0 Additional enrollment for the same semester will not require another signed agreement.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>If the student does not accept the agreement, then they will not be able to register for classes. \u00a0<\/strong>The agreement serves as notification of potential consequences of non-payment, and to provide vital account information.\u00a0 If a student chooses not to sign the agreement, they will not be permitted to register for classes until the issue is resolved.<\/span> Completion of the agreement will remove the action item immediately and you will be able to proceed with enrollment.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
