My Degree Tracker is a web-based degree audit and student advising tool that provides a clear and convenient method for students and advisors to track degree progress. The Student Educational Planner (SEP) within MyDegree Tracker (MDT) is an online 2-and-4-year degree completion planner.  SEP allows you to project your current and future courses to ensure you complete outstanding degree requirements.  Both products are intended to assist in reaching your academic goals and increase the chances for timely graduation.

OPEN TO ALL ACADEMIC ADVISORS AND STUDENTS WHO STARTED

IN FALL 2017 OR LATER AND ARE CURRENTLY USING MYDEGREE TRACKER.

  • How to read the degree audit.
  • How to save a copy of the audit.
  • How to type and save advising notes.

Build Your Own Student Educational Plan

  • How to select a department-approved plan template.
  • How to create a plan from scratch.
  • How to edit and save a plan.

EQUIPMENT: 1) PC/Laptop w/ speakers to listen OR phone if calling in to listen.  2) Printed copy of a degree evaluation to reference and follow along.
