Tutors: Permanent Change to Existing Schedule

  • This request must be submitted at least three business days before the day of the first tutoring shift affected by the requested change in order to be considered.

    Completion of this form is not a guarantee of a schedule change. 

    You will receive official notification from an ASC staff member (Director, Asst. Director, Tutor Coordinator) approving or denying your request via email (to your account).  If you have not received an email confirmation from the Director, Assistant Director, or Tutor Coordinator, you are responsible for any appointments that are booked.

    Remember to check any existing appointments that will be affected by this change.  Email the Director and Tutor Coordinator immediately to alert them of any appointments so that they can make arrangements to reschedule them as necessary.

  • New Permanent Schedule

    Include ALL days and ALL hours that are your NEW Permanent Schedule.

  • Directions for submitting New Tutor Schedule:

    1. Download the following excel document and save to your computer with the file name as "First name.Last name"  New Tutoring Schedule file
    2. Open this document and color in your starting schedule per directions. 
    GREEN BLOCK = available for tutoring, class visits, and other ASC work;
    RED BLOCK = not available (e.g. in class).
    Once completed, hit 'save' one last time.
    3.  Attach your tutoring schedule excel document to this form by using the upload field provided below.
    4.  Complete the rest of this form and click on 'Submit'.

    Disclaimer:  Student employees are limited to 20 hours of work per week, including all training hours.  The number of hours per week that you request may not be equivalent to the number of hours you receive.  Your schedule is subject to the discretion of your supervisor and based on student need and program budget.
