Energy Balancing Through Breathwork

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 26, 2021
Breathing techniques are very healing and balancing for our body.
This is a weekly 30-minute group breathing class, Wednesdays from 12-12:30 p.m.
The 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month are led by Dr. Niki Elliott. The 2nd and 4th Wednesdays are led by Rev. Zandra Wagoner
