Subject: Housing Information During Online Period
This email serves as a follow up to the campus email about the Online period. You are encouraged to return home during this time, if you are able. If you are not able, or choose to stay on campus, you will be able to stay in the residence halls. If you notice any developing symptoms, please go to your health care provider or visit the Health Center for evaluation.
If you are choosing to go home and returning when the online period is over, please complete the Online Period Intake Form.
At this time, if you wish to move out and cancel your housing contract for the remainder of the semester/term, please complete the Housing Cancellation Request Form. Your Room and Board Charges will be prorated accordingly after your check out date.
During the Online Period, exterior doors of all residence halls will remain locked for security purposes.
Please note that during Spring Break, the Spot will not be open for food service. Food service will resume at dinner on March 22, 2020. The Housing Office is open during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Please continue to check your emails for continual updates.
