HVAC Improvements and Re-opening Schedule of Facilities

Dear Campus Community,

As we prepare our La Verne Campus for a Safe Return, the following ventilation systems will be taken offline to install equipment that will improve the air quality in these spaces:

Abraham Campus Center – 6/10 to 6/15

CBPM Building – 6/14 to 6/16

Founders – 6/15 to 6/16

Wilson Library – 6/28 to 7/2

Hoover – 6/28 to 7/9

Miller – 7/6 to 7/9

Landis – 7/12 to 7/16

ACB – 7/12 to 8/6

Woody – 7/12 to 8/20

Mainiero – 7/26 to 8/13

During these scheduled shutdowns, we ask for your cooperation to not occupy these buildings.  Access to these facilities for short durations would be acceptable, but we ask all community members to avoid these spaces until the ventilation systems are once again operating.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For long term closures, such as Woody Hall, we have made accommodations to relocate employees and services to the Abraham Campus Center. If you need interim accommodations or have concerns in maintaining operations, please email the Help Desk at to submit a work order with details of your request.  This will help us log and prioritize moves to ensure we address the needs of the community.
