La Verne Athletics Suspends Spring Sport Seasons

Earlier today the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced that it would be suspending regular season conference competition and conference championships. 


Faculty Resources for Moving Online

Following upon President Lieberman’s email to the entire University of La Verne community last evening, I write to remind faculty of the plan and resources for instructional continuity of your courses.


Housing Information During Online Period

Students who live in the residence halls are encouraged to return home during this time, if they are able. If they are not able, or choose to stay on campus, they will be able to stay in the residence halls.


2020 Scholarship Gala Postponement

Because we care very much about your health and the health of our larger community, we have decided to postpone our gala to June 20, 2020. Our hope is that the situation will improve enough by then that we can all gather safely to celebrate our wonderful students.

Wuhan Novel Coronavirus Advisory

The university, in collaboration with Los Angeles County Dept. of Public Health (LAC DPH), continues to closely monitor the outbreak of respiratory illness caused by a novel coronavirus (2019-nCov) first identified in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.
