Student Leadership and Student Experience

Residence Hall Association (RHA)

The Residence Hall Association acts as the student government within the residence halls. The Residence Hall Association promotes community wide recreational and educational activities for the residents. In addition, the Residence Hall Association will act as a liaison with the Housing Office and the University to voice student concerns and resolve issues.

Activities and Programs

Diversity Initiatives

Housing & Residential Life promotes opportunities for diversity awareness through diversity-related hall-wide educational events and residence hall social programming. These events and programs are aimed at exploring diversity and multicultural issues. They are there to recognize the value of all people and to stimulate each resident with academic, spiritual, emotional, and experiential exploration towards understanding the importance of diversity and multicultural issues in our world.

Educational & Social Programming

To assist with community building, Housing & Residential Life provides residents with educational and social programming geared for fun, personal growth, extracurricular engagement, and group participation. Residents are encouraged to attend these programs.

Academic Success Initiatives

We believe that academic success is an important part of the collegiate and housing experience. As such, Housing & Residential Life is committed to providing programs and initiatives that will foster and promote the academic success of all residents living in the residence halls.
