FERPA Statement for Returning Students

Student Employment Training:

As part of the requirements of employment, all student employees must complete FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) training every two years.  FERPA training is designed to provide the necessary policies governing the confidentiality of student information and records.

Student employees who attended FERPA training during the 2013-14 Academic Year are only required to complete the FERPA Statement for Returning Students form and return it to the Office of Human Resources.

How to determine if you need to attend FERPA Training this Academic Year 2016-17:

*You are a new student employee and have never attended this training
*You are a returning student employee but have not taken the training since the 2013-14 Academic Year
