Coming soon, you will notice an improvement to the portal access at the University of La Verne. The Office of Information Technology has been working to move MyLaVerne (also known as Banner Self-Service) inside the La Verne Portal (also known as the Intranet). This will make the La Verne Portal a one-stop location for all university-related business. Students, faculty, and staff will use a single username and password to access both the La Verne Portal and MyLaVerne services, increasing convenience as well as security. Users will be able to access services, such as email, Blackboard, class registration, financial aid, and student accounts from the navigation menu after you log in to the La Verne Portal.
Going through the La Verne Portal is now the preferred way to access MyLaVerne/Banner Self-Service. Starting July 2021, direct access to MyLaverne/Banner Self-Service will be limited.

Accessing the La Verne Portal
To access the La Verne Portal for the first time, you will need your Student ID number. If you need help accessing the La Verne Portal, contact the Service Desk at (909) 448-4130, or email@example.com.
